At Firepower Clothing we know one of the main reasons our customers buy from us is our ethical and sustainable policies and we want to make sure that you have confidence that, when you buy your organic t-shirt, it has been made in the right way.<\/p>

There are many companies that promote their ethical fashion<\/a> but sometimes the ethical part can be quite specific. There are several aspects to what the term actually means. Along the supply chain there are many different concerns from environmental through to social. How and where is the material grown? What are the factory conditions like? Fairtrade clothing applies to the raw materials but can still be produced in a sweatshop.<\/p>

That\u2019s why when we setup our clothing brand we choose to use the TeeMill store from making our t-shirt designs available. TeeMill is part of the sustainable fashion company, Rapanui, a GOTS certified company. They are on a mission to make clothing more sustainable. Their supply chain is audited for a wide range of social and sustainability criteria. It means that we share the same supply chain, values and, importantly, traceability.<\/p>

Rapanui wants to raise the standard of transparency in the fashion industry. Below you will find an interactive traceability map allowing our customers to explore the journey of their purchase. Traceability enables consumers to make better choices by knowing more about the manufacturing process, but it doesn\u2019t stop there. Rapanui know that more can be done and they are investing in the next generation for traceability maps so customers can know more about what\u2019s important to them.
